Fairstone welcomes Wales’ DHD Wealth Management

Fairstone Group, one of the fastest growing financial services organisations and one of the largest CII Chartered Financial Planning organisations in the UK, is delighted to welcome the latest firm of advisers to join the team. Based in Wales with offices in Aberystwyth and Cardigan, DHD Wealth Management specialises in investment planning, pensions and IHT planning.

Led by Aled Davies, Clive Davies and Denise Jacob, the DHD team is made up of four advisers and five support staff who together represent 1,450 clients.

Hase Osborne Asset Management has joined Fairstone Group, one of the largest Chartered Financial Planning firms in the UK. Hase Osborne is based in Wendover, Buckinghamshire, and offers wealth management and holistic financial planning solutions for high net worth individuals.

The deal brings total revenue of £1.5m to the Fairstone Group and funds under management of approximately £165 million. Under the terms of the agreement, after a period of integration, Fairstone plans to fully acquire the business.

Fairstone Group, incorporating one of the largest Chartered Financial Planning firms in the UK, has entered into a downstream buyout agreement with McParland and Partners Ltd in a transaction which sees them take an initial minority stake in the business. The company is based in Nelson, Lancashire and operates satellite offices in Manchester and Sheffield, offering high quality financial planning for SMEs and high net worth individuals.

Fairstone Group, incorporating one of the largest Chartered Financial Planning firms in the UK, has entered into an agreement with First Financial Management (NI) Ltd under its downstream buyout model. The company, based in Lisburn, Country Antrim, has been renamed Fairstone NI. Taking place over a number of years, the deal will allow Fairstone NI to integrate with the Group’s state of the art systems and infrastructure and will allow a seamless transition for clients.

Fairstone Group, incorporating one of the largest Chartered Financial Planning firms in the UK, has signed Sale-based Avidus Scott Lang under its unique Downstream Buy-Out (DBO) Model in the latest of a string of deals for the firm.

Avidus Scott Lang specialises in pension planning, financial planning, asset management and estate planning, as well as having a long-established expertise in bespoke services to high net worth individuals and corporate clients across the UK.
