I’ve spent the last 48 years in financial services, the first 11 years in banking before switching to being a financial adviser, which means I have followed many clients throughout their lives, starting out in life to their retirement, giving them financial guidance along the way.
My focus is on client satisfaction, whether it be retirement planning, investing monies or protecting their family. The end goal is that the client sees the benefit of any plans we put in place to help them navigate through their lives.
I keep things simple, honest and jargon-free, so that clients have a clear understanding of what we are doing and why we are doing it. I also feel it is important that clients feel comfortable with any solution, so giving them time to digest information is also important.
