I have been in the financial services industry for 35 years, the last 25 providing advice, guidance and support to corporate clients, trustees and employees on retirement planning, protection, health and wellbeing schemes, investment and financial education. As you can imagine, I have seen many legislative, regulatory and tax changes over these years and have always taken great satisfaction in helping employers, and their employees, understand the impact that such changes have on their benefits and future financial plans.
