The Funds are classified as an Article 6 product under the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (“SFDR”). They do not promote environmental or social characteristics and does not have sustainable investment as its objective.
The Manager has determined that sustainability risks are not relevant to the Funds due to the nature of its investment strategy and the characteristics of the underlying assets. The Manager does not expect sustainability risks to materially affect the Fund’s returns. Accordingly, sustainability risks are not integrated into the Fund’s investment decision‑making process.This determination reflects the Fund’s investment universe, where ESG‑related events are not anticipated to have a material influence on performance. The Manager will review this assessment periodically and update this disclosure if sustainability risks become relevant in the future.
Given the Manager’s assessment that sustainability risks are not relevant for this Fund, the Manager does not consider the principal adverse impacts of investment decisions on sustainability factors.
