Mortgage Find and Bellegrove Mortgage Services Ltd, two well-established mortgage advisory firms, took the next step in their journey by joining the Fairstone family.
Bexley-based Mortgage Find, led by Mark Alexander, had been advising clients for 18 years before becoming part of Fairstone in 2019. Seeking to enhance their client offering while maintaining a strong focus on personalised service, the team recognised Fairstone’s infrastructure and whole-of-market access as key to strengthening their business for the long term.
Similarly, Bellegrove Mortgage Services Ltd, which had been operating in Kent for over 27 years, joined Fairstone following its acquisition in December 2023. Led by firm principals Simon Heron, Jenny Saunders, and Perry Barnes, the business aligned with Fairstone to support continued growth while ensuring clients benefit from enhanced systems, regulatory support, and broader expertise.
